the room was upscale and absolutely stunning, and the pool was a good one. the location of the hotel was great and stunning - not too far from ubud palace.

They were always available to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was arranging airport transfers or giving us advice on the best places to visit in Bali. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and we never had any issues with insects. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautifully decorated swimming pool, which offered a stunning view of the surrounding rice fields. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, with choices ranging from continental to local Balinese cuisine. The hotel's location was another plus, as it was centrally located yet still peaceful and quiet.

The location was good and excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ubud Town. Overall it was spotless and silent with an upstairs balcony.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful and clean accommodation at Ubud Tropical Garden. The location in the central of Ubud was perfect for shopping. The room was neat, tidy, and clean, and the staff were very friendly. They even upgraded our room without any cost. I loved that it was walking distance to all kinds of shops and places to eat. The view from the restaurant overlooking the paddy fields was beautiful. The swimming pool was great for a swim, and the breakfast with the soft Balinese music in the background was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful restaurant, pool among rice fields, and attentive staff.

Great location close to the Monkey Forest and easily accessible to bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

The bathtub, floor, and cupboards were a little rundown and dusty/dirty when I first arrived. , the restaurant service was poor and the food quality mediocre.

The restaurant was under renovation, with noisy carpentry work starting at 7 am. The room rate during low season was 40% more expensive than in high season.

There are many restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby. guests can enjoy the lovely pool area and breakfasts.

Some guests have encountered bugs and other reptiles in the rooms which wasn't a pleasant experience.
